This is the full save, I got it through searching the Japanese forums using my Japanese Skills.
I just need anyone to make a translation even if it is machine translated because reading a long text of Japanese characters is headache inducing for me.

SRPG is the type of game, similiar to fire emblem games.
You can't get the raw game files out of it, therefore can't translate it. Even if you had translated files, you wouldn't be able to put them back in either AFAIK.
So only the developer or people who work directly with them can do that.
