"I think the Omnitrix is doing things with my body again" - that honestly sounds a bit too wordy, I'd suggest changing up to something like "I think the Omnitrix is acting up again" or something similar.
All in all, I'll be looking forward to this. Looks very high potential. The ages of the characters might need to be upped though, maybe they could be 9000 year old dragon kids stuck in a time loop?
Hoping to get some voyeur/exhibitionism also, maybe when they're in the bathroom there could be dialogue between Max and Gwen, with gwen trying to hide what she's doing. Something like that.
EDIT: Also to mention, as it comes to the artstyle, would a light black outline on the characters make it a bit easier for them to stand out from the bright-ish backgrounds? The palette seems to blend in a bit too much with the models.
In terms of content, I don't think having preggo content would enhance this kind of 'sex scenes simulator' game would be that helpful, as the game doesn't seem to have much progression past the RV, instead I think inflation content would be more fitting, maybe with ending epilogues containing a preggo ending instead of actual impregnation.
adding to this, maybe different camera angles for sex scenes? maybe a movable camera kinda like what you see in Fallen Doll?
or it could be up to player choice in the settings? That'd be good as well.

Couple critiques:
1. Ben says "thanks sis" despite them being cousins and Gwen says "Uncle Max", he is their grandfather though. Nerdiness aside though I like it so far.
2. The dialogue makes it seem a bit non-consensual seeing as in both scenes Gwen directly says nope and Ben is just kinda like "whoops my dick is in you anyway *shrug*". Maybe rework it to seem hesitant more so than outright no or consider the rape tag.
3. As others have said a few more polys or edge smoothing would be nice but the perspective is a really interesting one that I have not seen onF95 so kudos there, I didn't experience any optimization issues but I'm also running a 2070 Super and 3.7Ghz of CPU.

Every time I open the game, I get a white screen, the ticking of a clock and then it crashes. Is there any solution to this?

You don't need Unity installed...
Not sure why some people are crashing. I would assume it's got something to do with hardware, unless some of the uploads have issues. What source did you download from?

I originally used MEGA, then tried Nopy. Both are giving me the same white screen, clock ticking, then crash.

hold the win key, press r, type winver, hit enter. should open the windows version window. current version is v2004, my build is 19041.388 and i have reasonably recent gpu drivers. make sure youre having enough overhead for unity. integrated graphics are a bit dodgy in that regard, for example.

I think I saw a flash game of this a while back. Can't fully remember but it didn't have the little plot bit that this one does. Wonder if the dev is the same person.
everyone else said this but this needs an incest tag. unless this is medieval Europe where cousins don't count as incest.
