Agreed. The prep — both the physical and the emotional kind — is part of what makes it exciting in real life. I don't necessarily need all the elements depicted in detail (as someone without an enema fetish), but the fingers and the plugs and the slow working up to it is incredibly hot and I'm not sure I've ever seen a scene that worked through the preliminaries.
Fallen Makina has some, and it's a 2dcg game instead of the usual 3d stuff with low quality models and animations.
Still looking for corruption? The old Pink Tea games are great for that, as long as you're okay with Flash animation. Slave games with plenty of anal. The new one, Elven Conquest, is my least favorite, though - I'd start with the older ones.
Also Big Brother and The Tyrant for visual novels. The Chloe 18 games, too. Panthea has cool animations if you're okay with furry.

I recommend from that list: Depraved Awakening, Being A DIK, City Of Broken Dreamers, Milfy City and Become A RockStar as few of the must-play from this site. Echoes Of Lust is also good.
Plus, I recommend you check out Joraell's Betrayed - one of my all-time favorites. A few posts ago someone recommended SuperPowered - it's on my radar for a while but one reviewer said it's quite grindy and I don't like that personally
