There's Milles Knight of Anal Tyranny if you're still looking. It gets a bit weird on some routes though. It's tentacle not-really-corruption though, and pretty short, so it's not like a trainer game where you're slowly developing someone. It's closer to "people walked into the tentacle forest, where the tentacle god lives and demands sacrifices, choose one and give them loads of tenta-drugs, then do crazy stuff to them till they get addicted". It's females and some futa getting smashed by tentacles mostly, but there's a female/futa scene and a feale/female scene or two. Technically there's more female/futa scenes, and some futa/futa scenes because of something with that god, but for all intents and purposes, he's just a guy, so when he's with a girl(or the actual futa) it's male/whatever . Basically, he's said to have both sets of junk in the story, but he ain't got no damn tidders, and you never see his puss. Like I said, it gets kinda weird. As for what they do, there's some fisting, and some improvised toys, but it's mostly the tentacles and the god dicking people down. Oh, and the name of the game might have anal in it, but there's other kinds of sex in it too. Each character/route has it's own fetish, but explaining exactly what and who is spoilery.
Actually, speaking of trainer games, if I remember right all of Akabur's games have at least some anal in them, and are very heavy on corruption. They're all on here too. There was princess trainer, witch trainer, I think a star wars one, all kinds of lewd shenanigans. If I remember right, all of his stuff is female/male, with some toys, and in some of the games some futa I think, but it's been ages since I played them, so I'm not too sure about that bit. Four elements trainer is great too, basically the same deal, but I don't remember any futa. There are however crab battles.
I think there's also something like "heavenly assault on the beloved maidens", that's like a VN or kinetic novel or something with videos instead of pictures or something. I only vaguely remember it, but what I do remember is pretty mixed. Like, it's really really weird, but in a goodish way. Guns that shoot orgasms instead of bullets, that kinda thing. It's really crazy, ridiculous toys taken up to 11. It's definitely got anal, but I wouldn't say it focuses on it explicitly.
I know you were asking for games, but there's this mostly doujin artist, Ishimura, that does some great anal stuff. They mostly do tentacles, but the two doujins that I know of that weren't themed that way were god tier in my opinion. Especially Oshiri San no Shiriana Jii Kiroku. I think that one is a must read if you like anal. Some of the tentacle ones are anal based too, but they can get weird af.
