You basically have to get through the first week and then on Monday of the second week you have to get the office job over the app in the phone and go there and that essentially triggers the rest of the game and different quests for the boys you can start to fulfill.

can you explain the logic of why it says go to work IF YOU DON'T YET HAVE A JOB ? and wont have one for a week ?
why not just skip the week of nothing to advance the story and start where the story should actually begin .......and why give us options we can't use yet with you could just grey them out so we dont click on them until its time ?
maybe you could also explain why a grown woman would not have a bikini or a workout outfit already ? I mean the family has a pool at the house it makes sense she would already own a swimsuit of some kind .
Was her husband too broke to afford life insurance ? she starts the game with very little money and a broken car but yet the house seems to be paid for.

But it is also possible that there are other activities in the game, making money or something else in mind.
But basically you either go through the game and skip the time until the right moment, or you watch repetitive content in the game.

First things first.
I don't know what made so upset but I would like to ask you to take a deep breath and calm down.
If I did something wrong to you I apologize but I wanna ask you to use a respectful tone of voice.
Second of all.
This is a porn game.
It's not the reality, it's a porn thematic GAME. It has game elements such as buying items.
The game's standard theme is a walk and fuck game, which means you can walk around certain places and do certain 'activies'(have sex).
You don't have to think about much plot about such games, the plot is made to hold some cohesion between the doable quests that unlocks sex scenes.
And yes, you have to grind some if you want to earn these contents. You quite missed to understand the first week's purpose.
The first week is made to understand the game's basic mechanics which is the chores and the erotic scenes that comes with these chores.
And again I don't know how a single chore(work on the first week) can upset you this much but I can tell you something.
If you only do 2 chores/day the games eventually succeed and the kids stress will decrease to 0 after all.
If you would be that patient you can see that the game will give you the option to reduce the grind by asking the kids to do chores instead of you. (basically you almost don't have to do nothing because the kids will do the majority of the daily tasks)
So answering to your main concern, the first week of the game is made to you to understand the basic mechanincs of the game.

In general, the person said quite adequate things.
But you, as developers, screwed up because you couldn't explain all the things in the game and justify your mechanics of buying items.
Yes, it's possible it's a game, but adding a couple of basic things is quite adequate.
With all the fixes the first week still makes no sense. Why have WORK in the list if we can't do it? The "!" at the front door and right arrow are for nothing we can do. Make us restart and still have same garbage in the game is very bad play.

Thank you for the reply .. 1. no you did not do anything wrong to me as a player i just like to see games that makes sense I get that it is a game and not reality i will try to calmly clarify some points as i may have offended you and that was not my intent either
1. what bothers me about the job its on the last of things to do even though you cant do it .......it shows as failure if you skip it
I guess its an OCD thing but why say i failed if there was no means to complete said task in the first place ........
this just seems like bad game mechanics should it not say, look for work and then say sadly you didn't get the job or something like that ...then the task could be completed still .....or even better remove it from the list of things to do until in becomes a thing to do ie the yoga it says to buy the outfit but you have no option to buy it starting out ....there is nothing to do in the free time space to start enough though there is a free time space.
2. the daily tasks make it evident of what to do. so if the player does not get the mechanics they should probably learn how these games go ..its fairly self explanatory so not much need for the repetition for no reward ..just saying ...
3. I at least see some hope for this game to be good, and though i feel this release was not ready for prime time the premise and concept are good ,trust me If i thought it was with out hope I would have said so, and have said worse about other games then i ever stated here .........
4. I will keep an open mind and apologize if I came off rude or obnoxious .. but players of games do not like pointless clicking and while grind is necessary sometimes there must be a means to the end to justify it .
5. as for my Review of this work if it gets better which i hope it will ......I will be happy to write an update saying so
