Someone must post a "KEY" to be able to unlock the newest version of eqCy. Until then, all of us must wait for a "KEY" to appear.
So, I do not have the current key per se but I still do have a cracked key that I made from the time that someone here had posted a guide/steps to generate like a cracked key or something, it has been a while. (Though it said it was locked 1 or 2 weeks ago but checking again a few hours ago, for whatever reason, and I saw that they are now unlocked. Also, don't ask what I did for the key or how it still works...as far as I can tell. I have no clue).
Anyway, if I zipped up the contents of the game's application folder and posted/linked it here. Would that allow others, if they downloaded it and placed it in Besti's application folder, to play it? Or is this something that is too good to be true/not as simple as it sounds and I am missing/not understanding something? Not sure if the keys acts like some DRM or once you download it it is 100% local.

Yeah unfortunately the new launcher has disabled patreon keys and others for future releases so it's not working for eqcy12.
Gives errors about not finding some tiers in there and fails
This is specifically for key tier extreme content
There was all this talk about adding your own models, and how advanced and easy it would be, now its just a ghost town
The idea was to have a super powerful model and animation importer, and I think to make your own interaction scripts and stuff, drag and drop level of easy. It was a big promise and he kept pushing it "its gonna be out soon I swear you guys" but he dragged it on for years.
Besti9.121 available to all, and eqCy 14 available to early access key.
Seems to be improperly marked abandoned, work is still active on this project as of this month

The abandoned tag is automatic on F95. After [x] months without an actual update to the game, it gets marked abandoned; doesn't include status updates or anything, just straight-up updates to the game.
Besti VR, the main game that this thread specifically is for, hasn't been updated since 2021. The dev works mostly on the other stuff like eqCy or whatever, however it's spelled, and those other projects I forget the name of.
What's kinda funny is that Steam's starting to do the same thing too, if an Early Access game goes long enough without an update, it now includes a little line about how many months it's been since the game's actual files were updated. IIRC some EA devs got mad over this since having their game be called out for not progressing is a great way to kill sales from people who blindly think the game's still gonna get updates.
But the game updated on 10/28/2024 to 9.120 and this year on the 13th of last month to 9.121?
