I believe from my limited playtime that there's at least one non-NTR playthrough. I only played through two of the endings though and got utterly bored.

*edit* - this also depends on if you view the side-chicks as 'love interests'. They did not interact in that fashion with the MC during my playthroughs.

NTR tag is when the point-of-view character's love interest(s) have sex with other people without PoV character's consent.
Swinging is like above, but with consent.
Cheating is for any other kind of infidelity, such as PoV character having sex with other people when they are already in a relationship that expects exclusivity.
