There's a bug with Nora. If you follow her non dominant route it bugs out after you get the picture from her. Can't do anything, and it just reverse you back to the store and plasters the picture back onto your screen, with no way of progressing apart from reloading before you interacted with Nora.

go to zoo in the morning click on yellow board on the left that will show up, you can invite alexa from there but she need to have i think 2 or more affection the scene is sadly not in gallery yet so you will have to repeat the process or save just before scene starts, when you finish alexa story line her affection will go to 0 as well but they implemented reset story so its not a big problem now

Would be awesome if there is an option to play as a human and dialog options with different characteristics

I agree, but since it would require re-drawing every MC interaction scene in the game I don't think it's fair to expect that.
I would be curious if they're even open to the idea in the first place, though.
