So I went ahead and played the updated version, but I am a little confused. Since this is the update with the pregnancy system, but at the current time, I haven't seen the system. I don't have access to the Patreon area since I didn't back it, and I have run through all the characters currently available outside the Patreon characters. So, unless the current version here is not accurate, or the system is locked behind Patreon.

I can confirm it's in the game. With Alexa there's just a "do you want her to get pregnant question" which is new but for the minigame its with Mara only if you succeeded in the detective puzzle. Not sure about the rest but yeah, its implemented

Why are there so many games on this website/forum that are not marked as VNs, that have Visual Novel in their description?

Inconsistent tagging probably? Or maybe it's something to do with the engine used, like a VN is made using ren'py so a game like this using Unity wouldn't count? Most likely inconsistent tagging though.

Long story short you need to solve the puzzle At the fountain select No long tongue > Has Tail > Quite Large At soccer field select Average butt > Long Furry Tail > Brownish Fur At pond select Warm Hue Brown Hair > Short Pointy Ears > No Penis > Is a Woman Then make the conclusion and scene will play
