Honestly, I think it is. If you're really impatient you could play it like this but this game really deserves a proper translation.

It is not, since she isn't romantically involved with any of them. They like her romantically but she doesn't like them in return (at least not that way), so it's not NTR, at least technically speaking.

the MTL was better than most MTLs i have seen. all it needed was editing and it would have been fine

and beside, every game starts with mtl then switches to fan then official translation
