I took a look at the MOD and adapted it to the current dev version of the game.
ATTENTION!!!
This version will not work smoothly until v0.7 of the game is released. A combatibility to older versions I have neither checked

Das Cheat Menu scheint zu funktionieren allerdings wird immer noch alles auf Russisch oder so angezeigt. Selbst mit der entsprechendem Deutschen Addon

Just a heads up, the cheat update posted by speedy seems to work alright for version current version 7.p1 its just all in russian.
