All memories are tied with the Event progression. So, tampering will break your game.
However, using the Cheat Mod - under Gallery Extras, you can preview it (There will be an icon at the top)

I have taken ntr route, did all routes, stuck at favourite aunt which is the only remaining one. And also can I pursue Kate's mom club route to see Ann's walkthrough
