Hmm, I guess it's better if you start from the beginning. If you understand how to read the code, you could of course try to fix it using the console, but tbh I would be too lazy going down that rabbit hole (especially if you can't read russian like me)...
You can open Console by pressing SHIFT+O
Then type the code as gnadudu suggested.
talk_var['breakfast'] = 5

just from the changelog alone this is just like the original, and if the feed is anything to go by, this also includes all the bugs and a few more besides.

It could be like that, or it's an oversight, but can't say for sure, because the Original game also did stuff like that, where you could basically fuck up the main story by giving the wrong answers during early talks... (was bad game design back then and sadly it got taken over in this remake)

anytime,also with BB they had a good mod where you could get any item,but since game ain't that advanced here,maybe in future updates will be good mod,the one they have now is for stats and relationship,money,fast delivery,also did you know the cameras need replacement too.Had to replace 2 of them,if it wasn't for money cheat would've never had any
I suspect there are similar issues for Alpha, Mentor, Party Girl, and Blog, as well as Kira showing up. I have had all of those fail to ever trigger despite having no issues getting any of them to trigger in different playthroughs where presumably I picked a different dialog option.
Can't click on Kira at 3am anytime Eric is round, unsure if this is a known problem please help?

Hmm, Blog definitely got some issue like that, but as far as I know that's by design...
Had no issues to trigger the other ones in 04-0-01-fix.
