so now Eric will let Max watch and touch, just like in the original game. My fear is confirmed that we will see the SAME story all over again - at least until the end of Dark Silver's storyline. I really like to see the main girls again, but this game is up till now seriously a carbon copy of the first one.

No, you do not have to start a war with Eric, that part is up to you. It's the part at the bottom, that I'm talking about. Look at the last line "Attention you have reached the end this opportunity in the current version of the game" if you have this in your game then play on. If not then restart.

Did you have second talk about friend or war with Eric, first talk Eric said he would talk to you again in a week, if you have end for current version that's it. If not in all that time, it did not trigger, start new game. If you count meeting Eric, then you need 3 conversations. Two are when Ann is getting ready to go out with Eric, after dinner with family. Just Max and Eric alone. This will end "ALPHA" Opportunity. You may chose what ever you like, this should trigger automatically.
