Much as I hated Eric in the original (there is room for only one degenerate under my roof), the story kinda falls flat if you have no one to compete against.

Was the issue where even if u got the stuff for the girls before Eric does the game still says he did anyway, ever fixed? Thats where I stopped and I wont play anymore if my efforts are useless anyway.

Gotta agree with ya there. Personally, I'm not a fan of NTR, but in this very special case that is BB, I honestly LOVE how much "cockblocking" Eric can be... I find the both perspectives (from MC's POV and Eric's) very fitting and interesting, not realistic per se but at least very plausible... And like the dude below you said, BB without Eric would lose much of its charm!
