i think the word you are looking for is "Necromancy" or "Necro-ed". necrophillia means you are fucking or attracted to corpses.... actually nvm i guess that kinda does apply here since BB keeps dying and coming back

Changing the character portraits to display emotion is a neat idea I'm surprised I've never seen anyone else use before.

The menu is among the most hideous Ren'py menu redesigns I've ever seen, though at least it doesn't use an unreadable custom font.

Blocking rollback after choices is a dick move, as is having only two save slots. This really needs a proper multimod.

And an editor.

Also, are Max and Lisa supposed to be 12 years old? They sure act like it.

If you're going the "landlady" route, then make it so players can change this themselves. Also, instead of Patreon, use SubscribeStar. You won't need to have this Landlady BS. Either add prompts for the relationship before the story starts, or have an editable file to easily change it. Nobody wants to play through a game like this seeing "landlady" all of the time.

In the original BB, Lisa didn't have any prior sex ed. She wasn't the brightest either. It's not that big of a difference. It seems like people keep idealizing this game just because it was one of the first with these mechanics.

Wow, this thread has barely been up for a day and it's already a mess.

Being a native English speaker myself, I rewrote all the dialogue and sent it through to Krugger in a document. Whether they use my suggestions is up to them, but I will willingly keep helping with this as the game progresses if they wish me to.

It is different. There's no sandbox here, looks to be purely VN, and the author has a storyline seemingly laid out according to Patreon posts, it's really making the game and the renders and stuff.

Also, the constant "Landlady" stuff from people is annoying. Patreon rules, guys, remember that.

I'm curious to see how this game develops, it's rough around the edges, but it's not a bad start.
