AFAIK, by using these skills. Peep on everyone when possible and try to persuade everyone when necessary.
And how do I make $400 for a dress for Alice and a swimsuit for Lisa? No matter what I do, Eric will buy them before I can make it with the camera stream.
1) ask Ann/Mom for money early and as often as possible. She will NOT be able to give money if she is in a swimsuit/towel/etc. At a certain point you will want to stop asking as there is a reduction in mood when you ask. I recommend getting the camera income stable and then stopping. For the first week or a little longer get as much money by asking as you can then I'd stop begging.
2) Do chores whenever they are available to make more money. When asking for money offer to do things (order groceries and cosmetics etc.) whenever you can. This will get you more cash. Make sure you offer to do chores BEFORE you beg for money as I think you lose the option to offer after begging (not sure about that though).
3) Get the first camera and site active as soon as possible. Keep checking if you can read the book every chance you get. SAVE you money until you build the site (don't buy any outfits).
4) Once the first camera is working you need to do TWO important things:
A) Be in the room with the camera when time advances. Things like watching TV and washing dishes advance time. If you don't NEED to do something else go to the camera room and advance time manually. You get more money if you are in the room so try to be there as often as possible.
B) Buy advertising for your site. The more viewers the more money you get. In the past I found the buying adds FOUR times was the best option. You do NOT need to buy adds every day, so you can wait a couple days between purchases. I recommend Monday and Thursday.
If you leave the money in the bank until you need it this SHOULD work. It's been a LONG time since I started a game so not positive, but this SHOULD work. You MIGHT want to buy ONE outfit when you have money, but don't buy the second until about 2 days before time runs out and the JERK buys them. This will let you gain money to buy what you need and have a little extra.
After this be careful how much money you have on hand as a certain time you will get blackmailed and the less you have in your pockets the less you need to pay. Also limit the number of cameras you have early in the game so it's easier to be in a room with lots of viewers (lounge and Swimming pool are the best).

P.S. you can also get a little extra by blackmailing Alice when she's smoking, but that will reduce her mood so be careful.
