I've NEVER understood the hype around that bastard Eric. Even in the original game, I stopped playing because of his excessive importance.
If a game is tagged as incest, THAT'S what interests me. Some jerk stealing the hero's family is a no-go. The harem is for the hero, not for other jerks.

Eric is the best thing about the game. Max does all sorts of weird shit yet everyone tries to pretend he is having some sort of love story. Perving on your sisters and mother by watching them shower and sleep isn’t exactly “hero” material. His holier than thou attitude combined with the fact he is doing the exact same thing Eric is annoyed me. I would actually enjoy Max if he was more like Bobby from Bad Bobby Saga. But with Max, it seems every developer, or maybe just his fans, try to shoehorn in some weird romance.

With Eric there is no pretense that this is a romance. He is there to use them for his pleasure and will say, or do, just about anything he needs to in order to make it happen. He knows he is the bad guy and doesn’t care.

To be fair I have not played this version since the first update but I didn't finish that because it was just re-telling the same story we're already seen 7 times. We don't need another origin story.

This argument would work except that there is incest in the game. Even the version of this game that focused most on Eric still had incest content.

What you are actually arguing is that ONLY the tag you like can be present in a game. You should be happy. You came for incest. Incest is present in the game.

To be honest, none of this really pertains to the post I replied to. You stated you never understood why people liked Eric. I told you my viewpoint as to why I like him. You have now tried to argue that I am somehow wrong for liking him more than Max.

in fairness, I suppose also included why I dislike the Max ‘romance’ portion of this game and maybe you felt attacked by that.

I will leave you with this. I am not trying to get Max removed from the game. I am not trying to have Eric being successful be the only option in the game. I would love that game but that isn’t the developer’s vision. What I do advocate for is Eric’s inclusion with the OPTION to have him run roughshod over any, and every woman in the game. It doesn’t matter to me if a max dislikes it or not. Frankly, I would love a true friendship path where they realize how similar they are and put their heads together to coerce, manipulate, blackmail, and trick them all.

Well I like incest genre too, but also NTR where u can turn situation later in the game cause of jealousy or revenge.

What I do hate, is the same shitty plot that 95% devs has been using scenario with:
1 son 1 mom and 2 or 3 sis (no father anywhere to fight with him for the primate)

To me, devs lost ideas so they started copy paste already proven ways from other games.

How about some DEV try to put simple family of 4 where u actually fight for 1 mom 1 sister with dad or try tricky way to do IT behind his back. That would be hot. Im getting tired from the same old SAME OLD, plot and story. Also peeping in rooms and showers first few updates , is like definition of insanity. How about using DRILL to dig the roof ceiling or under the bathroom floor from basement. FOR GOD SAKE : USE IMAGINATION INSTEAD TO COPY OTHERS THRU A DOOR KNOB !!

Hey everyone, hope you're doing well. I just redownloaded the game after many months to check out the latest updates, but I'm running into a couple of issues and was hoping for some help.

First, my save files aren't loading anymore. I can see the dates and times in the list, but all the thumbnail images are missing/blank. Second, I can't seem to find how to access the settings or the save menu. Also, the game window itself isn't resizable.

Has anyone else encountered this after the recent patches? Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Its probably the shower spider quest. When shes in the shower, drop the spider in her bedroom. I cant remember tho. Ive played so many different versions of big brother I dont remember which triggers what.

Istarted from scratch and 100% the content in less than an hour. You'll probably have more enjoyment doing that anyway than the 2 scenes that were added.

I liked that you were able to either help or get rid of him and you had to deal with the consequences if you didnt make it a priority to do either. The first time I played through the game I didnt really understand his character and tried to use the mod to get rid of him and broke my game. Second time and third time i played it all the way through his stories. Hes not that hard to get rid of if you make it a priority.
