You really need high persuasion skill to make Eric accept, mine almost 60% but he keeps refusing, you can edit save game and increase persuasion skill to get passed around more than 1000. I got rid of him by calling his enemies, i think that is the most easiest way, taking photo of him jerk off is also a solution but there is chances to fail so i don't like it.

He doesn't accept beer 'cause he doesn't trust me.

Ι did it 10 times in a row.Walkthrough says " I'm mot sure if I'll manage,I need a lot of agility for this".

create a save just before approaching eric. just reload every time you fail and try again. if stealth is really required to be successful, that means you need to peek more at your girls every time they take a bath (you get higher points if not caught).
Reloading usually works as long as there's no stat requirement.

Many thanks.I did it with reloading too.Maybe the mod I installed somehow broke the game.But I'll start to peek more and hopefully this might be the end to this problem.

Cheating points before you reach 100 in game will break the game.
A lot of triggers were put in the first 100 and if you cheat it above the trigger point then you have bypass the trigger and broke your game.

Actually,I didn't use the cheat that much.Just for the money which leads us to the instant delivery.

Don't know what "poss.car.step.17" is but the 2nd post of this thread has all my mini walkthorughs for just about everything in this game.
I hope you did not cheat because you can and will break your game by cheating before the triggers go off.

Remember this help thread is only for the original game and not for the knockoff that are on here.

You must be on Lisa Girlfriend path and just play the game, its very late in the game that you get sex with Ann, just make sure you do all open and some closed quest instead of just going after 1 at a time.
A lot of triggers were put in all quest for all quest around v.10.

So I am playing the original game following the 2.0 walkthrough, and on day 18 (right before Aunt Kira's arrival) at 3:00 am in the bathroom Max is supposed to be getting a BJ from Alice.

From the Walkthrough:
Party Girl, Step 4: What to do - on Friday (before aunt Kira arrives) at 20:00 enter Alice’s Room. Choose “I have a present for you” - give Alice the chocolate. Now after she comes back at 03:00 am go to the bathroom and knock (Persuade) - BJ. Requires Max’s Authority “Trust”.

I have tried so many playthroughs with so many different combinations, and I still don't get the BJ, only a conversation with Alice in the bathroom where she just compliments Max's Peepee and when he asks for more, she threatens him and that's always the end. My authority is "Respect" (sometimes I even lower it back to Trust but nothing's changed)

Can anyone here help me on how to do it right? Thank you very much. Appreciated!!!.

5. Everything worked out fine. And quite … unexpectedly. Can’t tell anyone about this. I guess Alice lost her inhibitors and got herself drunk in a nightclub. Let’s hope she won’t remember anything, or I’m a goner…

Note that if Max do not give candy to Alice before aunt Kira arrives, step 4 is the last one. On the next day you can speak with her: “About that time in the bathroom at night…”.

Like I said its been way to long since I played this game and I have no memory of a BJ, I do remember seeing her tits in a blue robe but that is the only memory I have of the bathroom event with her.
