For having Olivia as Max's GF that is the end of content for you.
Olivia content ended in version .10 and all the newer content is all on Lisa's GF path for version .11, .12 and .13.

Its to bad that DS has abandoned every game he did.
3 games up, 3 games abandoned.

I played it before couple years back but it's so good that i wanted to play again

there's no other open quest, only arachnophobia which i have tried to complete multiple times but its a dead end

No I remember this scene for this game, but there was a version of big brother (One of the millions around) where you could go with Alice to his house. Cannot find anything on that version of the game though. Thanks for trying to help though!
