Buy handcuffs in online store you might have missed it when talking to kira or you didn't spank lisa enough to get a new scene.

The mood on both sisters is to low, you must do Lisa's dishes and help her with homework without error to raise it up.
Alice you need to wash the dishes and watch tv with her or give her money.

Yes you can do that but you should have been keeping it up all the time for mood is part of the triggers on some quest.

Use mod only for mood and money(or to lower eric influence if he's still there in your game)

I also want to finish this game.

Private punishment is what you need to the next trigger for Mentor quest.
You need to spank Alice 5 times in a roll and then spank Lisa 2 times then the convo with mom will open up.
Once you get PP then PP Alice 3 times by spanking then start grouping her and you will unlock the last scene then you need to set her up when Kate is there several times to finish that part.
PP Lisa until the convo opens with aunt Kira, took me 3 times for it.
After this you will get the romance convo with Lisa as long as her mood is high that is and then dates will open up.

but she will do something different and make Lisa submit to you.
