For you yes but for Lisa as GF path there is a lot more content to be had.

Olivia path = 2 fucks a week.
Lisa path's = fucks every day and some day up to 4 anal fucks with Lisa.

Thoes stuck on entering Moms room after work.

I found a simple way to make it work most nights. It is about her mood and there might also be an RNG factor. However making her happy she lets me in 90% of the times and as neutral she locks me out a lot.
I just made sure that on every workday, Monday/Thursday i vist Ann in her room before dinner and offer massage.
This is enough to put her 1 step above neutral mood. ofc you can get extra help by doing shores.

That's all I can think of because you no longer have the normal watch tv with her which was the main mood booster for her.

I so wish DS would have just kept both options open here. Watsh something hot, or watsh a movie. It's become a pita to keep Anns mood up.

If that is the end then you are doing the Olivia GF route and that is all you get.
Most of v.11 and all of v.12 new content is for the Lisa GF routes.

Thanks, another question is: where i've selected the Olivia GF. In other words:if i restart the game where i can i choose Lisa GF? Or there is a workaround insteed the restart of the game. Note: i don't want use and mod or game Save. Finally... I've read a lot of meanings for "GF".

People use mods to change the game and they can add renders not in the real game version.
