There is a lot of triggers that need to go off.
1. Eric must be gone.
2. Other quest must be far enough to have the triggers to go off.
3. Must have started sensual massage on Alice and completed the course.
4. several weeks after the triggers go off then Kira will tell you about it.
I was afraid that was the case. Thanks for confirming it.
PS - you're awesome about helping people here, answering their questions.
PLEASE HELP : im hawing problem with Big Brother 0.13.0.007 - in some scene i cant see all pictures. tex is going , pictures not... (scene when masageing mom in bed after new work (with losion)... and I cant hawe sex with mom in kitchen. im in 832th day - i hawe in image directory in game 1978 pictures (but in other version there are more...)

Sounds like you got a bad download of the game, move your save game folder to your desktop and delete the game and the rar it came with then download and new set of the game from here:

Hello, Im playing 0.13.0.007 _ until now, i'm on the 'New job' and completed the 'Side effect' but 'New job' don't progress anymore... and after i got kiss lesson from Kira, 'Metnor' opportunity don't progress any more too... What's wrong?? Is it bugs...?

Sounds like you have Olivia as the GF path and if so thats all you get with the mentor quest.
Only way to tell for sure is to upload you save game for this.

Stop paying for private punishment you don't need it anymore and just pay the 500 to support the family on Mondays.
You started very late in the game with Lisa, have you train with aunt Kira at 3 am for kissing when she is in the lounge?
You must get Lisa's mentor quest much higher before anything new will start.
Keep doing spiders and blog all you can.

First you did not finish the on line courses so finish them and keep putting spiders and help with her blog.
Keep going to Kate and Alice on Saturday night.
You got to get more quest farther along to trigger later quest.
Finish Hot Coffee so you can move onto the new Olivia GF, yes you get to have 2 GF now but with BB being put on hold we have no idea if DS will ever work on it again.

Talk to mom and aunt Kira after 5 days "How are you?".
20. Aunt Kira had another idea for a new movie, but she decided to keep everyone in the dark. All I know is Alice will be debuting my sister. We'll see what I get this time ... "
What to do - talk to aunt Kira on the next day - "About the movie ...".
21. Aunt Kira said I need some props for the movie, slutty school uniform for Alice. Oh, also heels and stockings. I should talk to Alice about it.

After 5 days did not appear "How are you?", or am doing something wrong, but I think this is my next step. I already did the other steps.
I've got a few questions about progression in some of the quest lines.
EDIT: seems that the post above me by madruga2000 just answered my question #2.
- Is it possible to advance the Hot Coffee quest beyond agreeing to learn bartending? Is the Vicky thing at a halt (waiting for more content that's unlikely to happen)?
I'm at a point in Cunning Plan where I can either fuck Kate or get a BJ from Alice, once a week. This quest doesn't seem to be advancing past that. I read in one of the guides where I'm supposed to fuck Kate in all of her orifices. That option doesn't appear. She just climbs on top and rides Max. Every time.- Mentor doesn't seem to be advancing past being able to Play with Lisa, bath BJ, kitchen ass-fuck, and the occasional o-dark-thirty visit by Kira. I've started helping Olivia with her homework. Do I need to progress (much) further with Olivia before Mentor can advance, or am I missing something else?
- This past Monday in-game I was lucky enough to see Mom bare-assed in the kitchen. What's required for nude yoga? I've been doing yoga daily, FWIW.

3. Do you have private spanking of your sisters?
4. Naked mom right now is a very low ENG type thing and just show up in the kitchen is all you have to do and get very lucky, later after sex with mom starts its all the time.
