There is no help, you are at the end of the Olivia GF path and can go no farther in the game.

All new content for v.11, v.12 and v.13 are all for the Lisa GF path's.

When U ve got kiss skill over 400 (make 1000 on first time), U go to Lisa. Then U teach her kissing. Then U can buy book, playboy etc. After some weeks U can talk with Kira to teach both of U anal sex, bj etc

Nice that you are helping but the information is wrong. Kira teach you Kissing at the lounge on Wensday night 03:00 (And Saturday if you are free) and you can start kissing with Lisa already after skill is 20. Not 400. That would take 6 month to a year without cheating.
