Anyone knows how to progress with this opportunity "Aunt Kira has explainer her decision about another studio project to mom. Talk to Kira and the other girls and as for sleeping with mom it only happens a very few times but with no sex, when you get to have sex with mom she will always kick you out afterwards.
Must be on Lisa girlfriend route for sex with mom.
Also triggers for all quest were put in other quest so you must work on all open and some closed quest for the triggers to go off.
