All quest had triggers put in other quest to move forward.
You need to stop paying for private spanking and ask mom to private spank Max's sisters.
This will set up the next step in Lisa's mentor quest.
Yes spider quest needs to be finish and you need to keep doing it after wards because it is one of the quests that has triggers in it after it is complete.

Midnight and as often as you can until you unlock sex with mom, this is only on the Lisa girlfriend path's and not on Olivia path.

I can't continue "New job" mission and I've been stopped at the moment when Kira tells us that she want mom to participate some BDSM lesbian stuff to make her frustrated .My save info - ( 389 Days, Lisa GF path, Ann,Alice, Lisa can now give BJ. It would be best to see the first and second post and check if you can do what is written there cus all quests had triggers to put others to move forward.

Already punish sister actually both Lisa and Alice both public and private (both in front of Kate and solo) so many many times , also the spider event but still repeating and repeating Alice cowgirl scene and then sleep after, always paying 500 to mom

You need to have both Lisa and Alice's mood very high and wait 1 full week before trying.
Just show up when Ann is in the tv lounge and Kira will show up soon after.

No you are not missing anything but 1 convo and 2-5 nights sleeping in Ann's bed without sex and that is all there is to sleeping with mom.
She will never allow you to have sex with her and sleep in her bed at the same time.
