You need to stop paying mom for private spanking of Max and pay 500 ever Monday to "help the family".
Mom does not see Max as an adult yet and this will do it for you.
Go to the pool when both Kira and mom is there and keep going and soon a new convo should show up but with 135 days left for private spankings you may have to wait on that.
Lisa next is Kira showing up after Max invite her for fun and the next step should go off.
You must work on blog and the spider quest for Alice to move the main game on.

Working through my first play through. Was constantly at war with Eric and was my mission to get rid off him. Now that I'm almost finished is it worth doing a second play through with friending Eric giving him the family and letting the kid from school have Lisa.
I assume you get to a point when your just in a loop because you not got rid of Eric but game won't progress and got abandoned?

You get way less sex if you give Lisa to the guy at school, you only get 2 nights a week for sex with Olivia.
And all content ended on the Olivia girlfriend path in v.10 all the new content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 is only on the Lisa girlfriend path's. This means no sex with mom or Lisa.
As for playing again with Eric as your friend is only for those who love ntr content, there is no sex scenes with Max's sisters with Eric only mom has sex scenes with Eric.

thanks. think i got most of the NTR scenes just trying to get rid off him. Wasn't sure if you finally got to a point where he allows you tag team on the girls or something. thanks for the help.

There is no way to make a simple walkthrough for this VN because there are so many different ways to get to the end.
There is also an RNG that gets rolled every night once Max goes to sleep for all of the chances for the next day so saving before a choice is no good in this VN because all the rolls were done as soon as Max went to sleep last night for the next day.
I would follow this day to day walkthrough until Max can support himself with his web site but remember it is just a guide and does not need to be followed to a tee.

It only goes to day 9 but keep following it till Max can support himself. (This was done when v.03 came out a long time ago.)Then use the v.6 as a guide to go forward if needed but you should be able to play with just the hints in the game.

Bumped into the same problem after playing the game all over again for the second time with a different version of the game. After filming second scene of porn movie (BJ with mom tied in bed), mom and Kire won't show up in their room at9pm on Friday to watch the scene together,. Does it take multiple weeks for them to show up? Or am I missing sth... I'm feeling a bit frustrated after spending so many hours to replay the game. You must wait 1 full week then just show up with mom only in there and Kira will show up a little later.
Stop all sex with mom on Friday morning, some players had to do this for it to work.
Also both Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over them must be maxed out.

@a1fox3 do you know of any plans for new content or has development of this game been suspended? basically finished the lisa gf story and waiting for the 'to be continued' scenes at olivia's place

No it will not get finish because DS dropped this vn for his new one, this is the 2nd time out of the 3 games he has started that he has dropped.
DS is batting 1000 for dropped games so far.

Any recommendations for mods that provide extra content and are worth playing?

I never use mods for games on here, I like them vanilla.
Have no idea on "glamour" for the most part if you play female PC you have content.
He put in a male because some patreon's complain about it being only female but he did not have very much content and now he has been cut out.
Now he is bringing in Max and the rest but no relations with each other.
