Start over but first before you do just keep playing for 3-4 months in game and keep both Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over them at maxed all the time.
This may allow it to move forward again, you may need to keep training with Kira at 3 am when you can to maybe get it to see you have done it.

Making the movies?
If so you just got to keep playing working on all quest at the same time and not just 1 at a time.
Eric must be gone and just work on all quest and keep Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over them must be maxed out at all times.
Check your quest log and talk to every one every day if there is convo's with them.

Wait for 1 full week then show up on Friday night when mom is in the lounge, both Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over both must be maxed out.
Don't worry about Kira she will show up soon after you talk to mom.

Then keep putting spiders in Alice's bed and keep doing blog and working on Mentor quest and just play, try to talk to all girls every day to see if new convo is there.
You must keep Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over them maxed out at all times.

Best time to talk to Kira is Saturday morning when the rest are shopping.
You are only missing one of the junk with Eric.
I can't move further with Alice after handjob after planting spider in her bed also can't move further with Lisa after anal in the kitchen during training with aunt Kira.

You must progress in other quest to like cunning plan and just keep playing.
You must pay 500 every Monday to "help the family" and stop paying for Max to be privately spank.
You must privately spank your sisters to move things along.
And above all you must keep Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over them maxed out at all times.
