I reached the end of the mentor quest, and I'm on the lisa GF path. Finished the 4th movie, still can't get past the HJ only for arachnophobia. Side effect hasn't triggered, either.

Both Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over both must be maxed out at all times for the triggers to go off.

i think im still at v.10 walkthrough atm. if im not mistaken, since im still doing the spider bait thing to sleep w/alice and get peeped by lisa if im not mistaken as said by the guide....

i make a new one and started from the start T_T lol.... and i dont know how to do LISA GF path.... i should not buy sleeping pills???
