Yep. Infact all of the opportunies are finished.
I dedicated a lot of hours to the game, and made sure to not miss anything.

1.What's the consequences from home work bug? I can help Lisa homework with mistakes, without, or blackmail for something in return show tits or HJ.
2.Always repeatable is there any other options do i have that bug already, do i need to do something else, do i missing something?
3.Or i just need to practice more kissing with Kira?
4.Kira always in certain rooms in certain days or random?
5.After spider awakening what's should i choose
a)What do i get in return or
b)I sleeping in your room i usually choosing sleeping in your room looks with most benefit

1. The homework bug will not allow HJ while doing homework and stops mentor quest from moving foward.
2. If your getting HJ while helping with homework then you do not have the bug and if you do not have more then its her mood and Max authority over her that needs to go up.
3. If Kira train you and Lisa for Lisa to give Max a HJ then no you don't have to but its there if you want it.
4. Her schedule is set and will be in the same place she was the last week.
5. Always go for sleeping in her room more fun.

will be possible in next version sex with Ann? And what do i need to have regular BJ from Ann or from Kira in pool? well or somewhere else?

Ann BJ is almost at the end and around the 4th movie and aunt Kira 3 am Wednesday morning and Sunday morning very close to the beginning of the game.

You can use the ID in the Wallet to get rid of him. There is a mini-walkthrough that tells how in the SECOND post on page 1 of this thread. Don't remember much off hand, but you need to KEEP the wallet, talk to Kira and have a couple grand in cash. Check page one for details.
