How many weeks need to past after entering and giving Ann first Ass massage when she comes home from her job?
I think three weeks already passed since i entered the first time 2 for sure do i need just keep checking or i need to do something to trigger that or something? I keep checking, changing some daily choices but i guess i just need patience. If anyone paid attention how much time passed will be nice to inform if not its ok tnx anyway Greetings!

Its at the end of Lisa's mentor quest and it happens all by itself and you just need to keep her happy.

Did you take Alice with Max to the clinic? (This is part of the cunning plan quest and not the side effect quest.)
Did you have the new sex-ed training with mom and Lisa? (This is also part of the cunning plan quest.)
How far are you in Alice's blog quest?
How far are you in Lisa's mentor quest?

My main save that i send, Day 344, done the Clinic 10+ times and where i choose moving in Mom's bedroom;
1.No, there was never a option of that. Clinic never changes and Side Effect opport. says that i have reached th end of this opt....
2.No, Mom and Lisa never talked about sex-ed and there was no scne of them catching eachother other than morning shower.
3.Its the same 1 client per day routine. "This is the best thing that ever happened to me! And the thing to come are..."
4.I have done the coffe shop quest and Mentor Opport. says "Lisa got to know Vicky..." and that i have reached the end of this opprt.

Cunning plan is still on Alice and Kate having sex with Max once a week. "...I can ask Alice to blow me or I can fuck Kate... ...I think Ill be abte to get much more from them. Eventually..."

So it comes down to Alice's blog and the spider quest.
Keep working on them and soon you should get a convo with Lisa about spying.

A lot of quest have triggers for other quest and you are not far enough in at least 1 of the quest to unlock other parts of other quest.

As I posted just below the post one of the main trigger for v.12 content is taken Alice to the clinic as Max's GF but it could also be the trigger for v.11 content since I skipped both v.10 and v.11 and came but with v.12.

I never had to take anyone to the clinic when i started v12. Go figure.. Lisa basically asked me on the first day about both sex-ed and the new olivia content. V11 ends with Lisa telling Max about her plan to get Ann involved and the idea for new sex-eds. I took Alice as my GF later when Eve asked me if i had a GF. That was not yet available in v11.
So i have a hard time concting the dots on this one. Pussels me ofc that i had done all v11 when i first tried v12 and after starting over the triggers are all entangled. For example the new Olivia can be done before you completed making the 4 movies. I'm thinking the RNG messed up a lot for thoes of us trying to find the real and actual triggers ingame.

Btw, on a topic we had before about overhearing Eric in moms room.. Tested and this time i never asked Alice to help. I did have the talk with kira but never bought the pills. Eric is there but i never overhear him. 8 weeks nothing. I buy the pills, talk to Alice and bingo.. First try. So the trigger might be bying the pills or having Alice mix them or the RNG gods really hate me beyond crasy. I do recall the same thing happen in the past tho. Can you confirm that you overhear Eric even without the pills or Alice mixing them so i can strike the "Overhearing Eric in moms room???" from my list ? And no hurry ofc. Just if you get around to it.

If you remember several pages back I could not unlock mom's new job or continue Lisa's new sex-ed training and I was complaining about over 14 weeks of nothing happing and to only thing in that time I never did was go to the clinic and then when I went Eve ask Max to bring His GF and both mom's new job and Lisa's new sex-ed started progression and I was able to finish v.12 content.

Now after both mom and Alice have given each other "the talk" you need to get caught by mom getting spanked by Alice at least 2 times but it could be more but 2 seems to be the right number.
Once the 3 above happens it unlocks the rest of Lisa's new sex-ed training by mom and it unlocks mom's talk at the breakfast table about her new job and soon after she will start it and on Monday's and Thursday's night she will be out of the house and at 00:00 Max can enter and talk to her and start the new massage after buying the new oil for her ass.

One of the main things you need to do at the beginning of the game is do all on line courses which you have not done.

By not doing the on line course you may have broken your game and is why can not not try and sleep in mom's room.
Go ahead and get them done and then try and enter mom's room and see if you can and if you can not then your game is broken.
You must do all on line courses at the beginning of the game because they have a lot of triggers in them.
