For stealth you should just keep on peeping. You need to grind it or you could just install the cheat menu mod if you`re lazy.

Yes it is tease that you need to do 2-4 times in a role to get the option to go to Alice's room.Are u sure is TEASE what should i say ? I did it at least 15 -17 times.. nothing happen
