The reason why you can not spank them in private is you forgot to 1 time and you lose it for a week.
Sorry your are at the end of what you can do in this game because you took Olivia as your GF, all content ended in v.10 for Olivia and all new content for v.11, v.12 and v.13 is only for the Lisa GF path's only.
You just need to play the game putting spiders in Alice's room and help her with her blog plus do her dishes every fucking day and watch tv with her using the candies the nice way every fucking day.
Use Saturday night as your 1 day a week with Kate and Alice.
Do Lisa's dishes and help her with homework every fucking day and check on her every morning at 8 am and check with aunt Kira every day alone at the pool.
And any other open quest you have.

How long time will there be from the fourth movie and until Ann is starting working with the bsdm movie and is there a trigger for it. Seem like i'm stuck there. Getting tired of spanking my sister and fucking them. Need to have mom soon

all right, I hate to ask the question others have asked a thousand times before probably but I have no idea what else to do. In Cunning Plan I can't give Alice a massage. I've maxed out my massage and erotic massage skills, I put sunscreen on her back and choose the first option every time, pass the persuasion every time, and I've told Aunt Kira that I've finished the lessions, but despite doing this so many times she still won't let me give her a massage. Every time she just says "I doubt you're any good at it. Thanks for the offer, but I'm good." What am I missing here? It can't be trial and error because I've done it so many times now!

Her mood and Max authority over her must be very high if not maxed out.
If both are maxed out then upload your save game for this and I will take a look.

tried it with max relationship (through cheats), mood and authority. Uploading my save, hopefully that'll help. And hopefully completing this will also move the plot along too, for some reason there hasn't been the conversation about Eric disappearing and the mother losing her job. Either way, maybe you'll have better luck than me

You need to revert back to a save with Eric still around because once Eric is gone Alice no longer sunbath at the pool.
You also need to finish on line courses which you should have completed a long time ago.

Edit: Okay, so I went back, Eric's still around, Alice sunbathes at the pool at 1500, I've finished ALL online courses, she has full mood and authority, and she still says the same damn thing, I am so confused as to where I'm going wrong!

You have missed almost everything with Alice from the beginning of the game and some of it can no longer be done because the triggers will not go off now.
Unless you know how to triggers them in the save game editor then you should just start over.
Best thing for you to do is follow this.

Uuugh, that's annoying but okay. Thanks for the heads up! I'll follow this guide instead of the one I was following previously.
How do you get to punish after dinner? It says on the walkthrough that the option to do that appears after you punish the girls twice but I only have the option to take Lisa's place rather then punish her myself.

You have to get permission from mom first and that will take a few days of convo's with her.
And its not twice but 5-7 times for Alice then 1-4 times for Lisa before the convo comes up.

Just a heads up. If you cheated your stats, that can screw with the triggers. (Apparently the massage stat can really turn your game upside down if you cheat that one wrong). The only thing I cheated was spiders. Never can have enough spiders in my opinion!

Okay, so I actually figured out where I went wrong. What happened was that I hadn't done Alice's night massages while watching movies. After doing those a few times she eventually let me massage her while she was tanning.
