I was able to buy clothes before the Eric. Like after third try... but then I did not gave candies to Alice from party girl quest before the Kira arrived...

Diamonds???? I have no idea what you are talking about and if you have content adding mods in then you need to go get help from that mods thread and not here, we only help with the vanilla game in this thread.
You can still give her candies just before she goes clubbing every Friday night, there is just a special scene you can get before Kira shows up but there is no chance for a BJ until after Kira shows up.
Here is that special scene so you don't have to go back and replay it.

Ok now I understand what you are talking about, no you do not help her get diamonds but she only wants money and the more you give her the higher her mood will go up and once it is maxed out then just helping with dishes will keep it up.
If for some reason it goes down then you can use money to bring it back up.
For Lisa helping with homework and doing her dishes will keep her mood maxed out at all times but Alice needs something else to get it maxed and keeping it maxed and that is money, but like I said once its maxed out just doing her dishes will keep it up most of the time.

i started a war with eric, paid the 1000$ and choose my aunt over alice and plugged in keylogger in alice room. my question is that i dont have a wallet and i cant make a conversation with kate anymore. i also cant talk with my aunt too so how can i get rid of eric at this point? how can i get the wallet if i can get it now? i can also use potency pills but nothing happens. im so stuck.
