Maybe you already know, but good developers use advanced image compression and remove bloat from software, so do not base game size for comparing content or quality of games.

If you don't mean games that have the most scripted narrative content, then Venus Club would probably fit the bill once you download a lot of girlpacks (apparently there are about 1100 of them, that are probably about an average of 1GB each). According to someone in another recommendation thread, Custom Order Maid 3D2 takes up like 200GB on your hard drive, although the download files don't look that big to me.

First comment I ever make in this site to tell you that comment is from 2017 so duh. Haven't played the game but all recent reviews say there's a lot of content.

I think Custom Order Maid 3D2 is probably the biggest hentai games if i say so myself since there haven't any porn game that reached that size even Koikatsu, around ~200GB with all DLC(which is still coming out) and ~270GB if combined with Custom Maid 3D2(direct prequel, kinda? also this game doesn't get uploaded to this site yet) and not to be confused with Custom Maid 3D which is also a prequel but not really connected,CM3D2 is needed for full experience of COM3D2, and provided that you installed all the compiled modpack(also depend on amount and what kind of mod in it) making it around ~370GB, and will reach ~400GB if you installed the enhanced texture version of it.

last time i played it was 239GB(COM3D2+CM3D2) since i didn't download the modpacks and miss some of the old DLCs and also i am only using the default one without CRedit(enhanced texture/model) and i can't install any large game on my laptop because of it...

but it was kinda justified with how much content or voice acting you got in it which made up 2/3 of it's base game and DLC...
