I am stuck on Hangs storyline and I don't know where to go from here. I talked to her in the coffee shop and my journal mentions her being sad and having to find a place for her to dance. Anyone have any idea what I am missing?

I did and was able to complete Ping's transformation. I assume it works if you don't but why would you deny yourself content?
I chose the second option as I thought/think it might have an impact on Co-op board event. Rupert is already pissed, how much more pissed will he be if the MC turned his wife into a bimbo and she left? Rupert would go on a rampage and do everything possible to make the MC's life a living hell and ruin the business, get kicked out and probably run out of town. Having his wife stay, well IMO that's a safeguard that their relationship improves, thanks to the MC and the MC can use that to his advantage,with Hang's blessing of course.battered47 :
1) When the player is given the choice to make her a bimbo or make her stay with her husband.... Well, seriously, who will choose the second option as it is presented right now ? In fact, the only appeal to make her stay with her husband would be the choice to make her a dominatrix bimbo (with latex, high heeled boots, etc...) so that she makes her husband a submissive at the end. So to resume, the choice should clearly be told to the player : "Make her stay with her husband as a dominatrix bimbo". Thus, in my opinion, each of the two options would have a different appeal.
How does a Dominatrix bimbo work? Principle 5 of Bimboism is 'Let yourself be taken care of', A Dom by contrast is in charge and giving orders. Principle 4 of Bimboism states 'Be a source of joy,not stress', For Hang to be a Dom without Rupert first being submissive, would be a source of stress,not joy, which would also go against principle 2 ' Please those around you'. So unless Rupert is a closet submissive, Hang being a dom and a bimbo, at least to me, just doesn't make sense.

I see your point, but the problem here is that we have currently, when this choice happens, absolutely no means to know what is planned in the future updates. And thus, absolutely no means to predict if this choice will bring something exciting. As it is now, this choice cannot take the comparison with the other one because it prevents the three things that are at the core of what is loved in this game : body modification, behavior modification, and porn events.
That could be the key here.
If we follow the principles of Bimboism, Hang should work into bringing happiness to her husband, even if it means going against what a "classic" bimbo is. In fact, by giving homeworks to her ordering her to spice a bit her couple with Rupert, the protagonist (because he's a "specialist) could discover that Rupert has submissive tendencies.
It could in fact bring a new and interesting turn in the story : as Hang chose in the beginning to become a "happy-go-lucky" bimbo to bring happiness in her couple, then what will happen if the mentor tells her that a true bimbo, sometimes, has to go against her own principles if it means that she will make her loved one happy ? Then, the player would have to convince her that becoming a dominatrix bimbo, even if it means that she will have to act like a nasty and authoritative woman, is still following the principle of bimboism.
We can imagine, at this point, that a crucial choice will be offered to the player :
- Hang choose to become a dominatrix bimbo to save her couple.
- Hang will still work on being a classic bimbo. But to make Rupert love her, the player will convince her to act on Rupert's jealousy by seducing another person in front of him. As Hang doesn't really know anothe rman, then the player will come with the idea of asking help to Hang's female friend (I don't remember her name...), and both of them will act as a lesbian couple to make Rupert jealous. However, as this scheme will go on, Hang's female friend would really fall in love with Hang and confess her feelings to Hang. And because a bimbo has to make people around her happy, Hang would face a dilemn, and another choice should be given to the player :
- Make Hang stay with Rupert
- Make Hang stay with her friend and marry her.
See ? In my opinion, each decision should bring something different but equally exciting, and make the story go into different branches.
Anyway, it would be better if the creator of the game came here to share some of his thoughts about all of this. ^^

Firstly, I did just want to say that the criticism of using Jasmine Jae as the model for post-transformation Hang was reasonable and, after a vote among Patrons, I'm going to be replacing her with Asa Akira. Basically I just really like Jasmine Jae and jumped the gun on using her as a model! After reading the comments on that while I was on holiday, though, I realised I had made a mistake and needed to fix that once I got back. The other model I had put forward for consideration was Jayden Lee. I'd leaned towards Asa Akira because she offers much more in the way of content, allowing Hang's storyline to be taken much further, but Jayden Lee just had a better bimbo look than Asa. In the end, by a narrow 54% to 42% (with 4% for other options) patrons voted for Asa to be the model.
In terms of Hang's monogamous storyline, I had bluntly expected players to opt for Hang's slutty path for this update because doing what I wanted to do for her storyline where she stays with Rupert would have delayed an update significantly. I want it to exist so that players know it exists for when that becomes a more meaningful choice, but it can only really become a meaningful choice when the co-op story progresses further, and that would have delayed the update into September.
That said, I had not planned on a dominatrix storyline, though without giving away spoilers the idea of Rupert beginning to change as Hang does is at the core of my plan as it currently stands - at least for the 'successful' Hang monogamous route. The second act of Hang's transformation, as connected as it should be to the co-op story, is an opportunity that players will have to lose. Not lose and end the game, exactly, but to fail in doing something.
I'm very intrigued by the dominatrix idea though and thinking that through is currently occupying time better spent fixing bugs from v0.3! My initial thought is that the image of a traditional dominatrix - black leather, brutal, demanding - is too much in tension with the bimbo theme, but there are many sorts of ways to indulge a submissive. After all, even the biggest bimbos are masters to cute fluffy dogs...

I wouldn't really associate 'Bimbo' and 'Dominatrix' either. I guess when I think about a man submitting to a Bimbo what comes to mind is a 'spoiled princess' type of girl who gets everything she wants from her daddy. Possibly he's indulgent to the point of cuckoldry, although that's not really my thing. Like, taking rule 5 to extremes I guess.
P.S. you should really apply for the Game Dev badge, and possibly ask a mod if you can change your name, so it's easier for people to recognise you.

If you want to add/keep Jasmine Jae in, she could be an offshoot from the workout classes pretty easily considering how toned she is. Either someone who starts out bimbo-ish or someone you transform physically quicker, but don't have to go through as many steps as with Stella or Charlotte. Inner Bimbo has a lot of those one-time transformations, and you can then visit the woman or have them visit you, but maybe you're hoping to keep things more quality over quantity with this game.

cant progress hang anal training, says have to finish charlote bimbo training but after the test cant progress anymore, any tips?
The developer should add aletta ocean. Her first movie for the first part with her tiny real tits and the new ones for the bimbo part.
