Moreover, in my opinion, most of the events, e.g. dress-up party, watch porn, etc. should be repeatable to add the variety of the contents.

If a registered uploader chooses to do so then yes, otherwise no. You could always message an uploader, asking them to upload it to other servers.

Having a look, it may be hard at first to understand the ins and outs of the choices, such as what the variables shyStella vs slutStella will imply in the future.
But I'm pleasantly surprised by the start, as I'm usually not a fan of html games, but this one is nice to read and the pictures are well-chosen.

When I started the mom bimbo training I ended up with a blank screen with no choices is this the end of her update or did I do something wrong?
There still was the surgery of Sofia. Let me explain better. When I loaded a previous save, in which Sofia had already gone to surgery, I was able to reach the end of content with her and June. But when I started a new game, i reach the massage and then the option of getting Sofia to surgery does not appear any more.
