It really bothers me to know that the game has 6 gigabytes on dlsite, it's the latest version here because from the initial version the new one on 3/25 says minor changes but there are 6 gigabytes and where I see it's 2.30

TLDR; I don't know for sure, since a 6GB version I downloaded could perfectly be an old one, but I can assure you that, between the 6GB I downloaded, the 2.23GB MOD1 and the 491MB compressed version there are no number of images nor audio files different, meaning probably that there's no extra content, just levels of compression from DLsite > MOD1 > compressed.

If you're worried about actual differences, I did decrypt (yes, the original game has encrypted images/audio) some images to compare and they seem 1:1, just smaller. Love it when the 7 seas provide better product options than the comercial one.
EDIT: Oh, and I tried to use my MOD1 savefile on the 6GB version, and the recollection room had the same number of scenes (NPCs standing).

also there's an unlock allscenes option in the gallery room, which u can access as soon as u can control a character from the pause menu
