If you imagine the military-base corner, it is actually in quite the opposite side of the map. There's the main road and from there from one corner to right.
It's wild how this game is so heavy.
I got to ESB Headquarters mission, after turning on the lights I have no idea what to do now. I killed all the esb people as well.

Okay, I fixed another bug; the icon text was still displaying "Locked".
Now you can see unlocked haha and the lock icon is disappeared haha

if you want disable a bepinex plugin you must move the dll file in another folder
if my mods aren't completely disabled and disabling them in the settings/mods menu isn't enough, then it's highly recommended to move the mod to a different folder. In the bepinex console, it is also highly recommended to press the enter button if you feel your game is frozen.

Unfortunately, you can't have more than 6 mods; the view in the mod menu doesn't allow scrolling. its a bug but new mod for the community NoPregnancyMod
complete any quests is not safe and please only use that for debug, and disable in settings/mods menu is not enough , you must move this mod in a another folder
All other mods, including the Bepinex mods, are safe. I can't say what might happen if you open something incorrect with OpenAll, but that should be obvious.
However, for all mods, simply disabling them in the mods settings menu isn't enough; you need to move the mod to a different folder.

It's super easy to install; everything's described in detail on GitHub and such. But since I'm so tired, here's a really simple guide for you: choose one of these links and download it.
Then you'll have everything; just run BitchLand.exe and you're done.
For the mods NoPregnancy, InfiniteHealth, and GiveMeTheGoodStuff 1 and 2, it is highly recommended to deactivate the mod in-game and then activate it so that everything works as expected.

Finally, I was able to fix that awful "stuck bug." I hated it so much! Every time I talked to Hadley, I'd get stuck and couldn't do anything. Now, when I press Y, I can move again. Yes, I have an update for the UnstuckMe mod to announce. This time, it's 1000% UnstuckMe!

If F1 not work , then please click with the mouse on a free area, so that the CheatConsole window loses their focus .
If pressing F1 to hide the cheat console isn't working, it's because the console still has focus. (A typical Windows problem.) Simply click on an empty area of the screen to ensure the cheat console window no longer has focus, and F1 will work again. In the next build, an F2 key was added to toggle the console window on and off. The F2 key uses the `UI_Gameplay.Update()` method, not the `Update` method of the cheat console window. The `UI_Gameplay.Update` method is always called, ensuring that F2 always works. So, in short, if F1 isn't working, just use F2.

The plugin has added new commands, but it keeps its promise even with these commands. It doesn't change anything in the game code and doesn't interact with any in-game functions. It's thread-safe, exception-safe, and update-safe, so this mod will always work, no matter how many builds Breakfast5 updates, unless he's really in the mood to break his promise, make everything public and static, and rename fundamental elements. From what I've observed, Breakfast5 designed his game to be as mod-friendly as possible, since, as I've learned, he used to mod himself, so his intention is to offer mod compatibility. UPLOAD MULTIPLE COMMANDS:
The plugin has added new commands, but it keeps its promise even with these commands. It doesn't change anything in the game code and doesn't interact with any in-game functions. It's thread-safe, exception-safe, and update-safe, so this mod will always work, no matter how many builds Breakfast5 updates, unless he's really in the mood to break his promise, make everything public and static, and rename fundamental elements. From what I've observed, Breakfast5 designed his game to be as mod-friendly as possible, since, as I've learned, he used to mod himself, so his intention is to offer mod compatibility. you dont need longer any other mod, you can do all with this mod lock unlock, and much more
