ok what you do is click your house then click personal requests then cheats so far there's only gold you may have to play the story for the others to show up

If the mods have not added anything new, then the only pregnancy content in both games is buying a potion that makes the girl's sprites pregnant. I don't remember it impacting the story at all.

Edito: One of the Mod's readme files seem to suggest that the author is trying to add proper Preg content, but it doesn't seem to have gotten that far. The mod was made in 2015 so I'm not sure anyone is gonna finish it....

so far i have found that you can not get to the pregnancy content in this mereged version.
you can only get it by completeing a challenge, which i found in the gold version of princes quest, that gives you a wardrobe item that makes their character models look pregnant. although you can find the img files for the preg models there are no challenges that i can find

it combined Princess Trainer and Witch Trainer into one game it also adds mods that give you more stuff and new quests it's a modded version of both games
