Background fluff basically, you can come across a pregnant woman sitting against the wall and 'are sure you wont end up like her' and if you get to the goblin lair you find a cell with four or five pregnant women you can ignore or share your rations (health) with, far as I can tell there is no pregnancy mechanic at the moment.

As for the game itself, its charming in a playstation one sort of way, I detest RNG however - you have zero choice in direction as each movement is a dice roll and any time there is a left right or middle path , it is also a dice roll.
enemies are also random for the most part, iv gone through at least one run and only seen skeletons.
The game ends after you reach the second level, iv seen a Goblin Lair, Crono Beholder cave, and a sewer so far - all end the game as if you had died and start you over.
Enemies iv seen are the Goblin (easy) , skeleton (also easy, throws a cube shaped femur), a Orc (Not too terrible), a Minotaur (lots of health, and hits like a truck) And a very obnoxious Skeleton Lich that casts a Invulnerability card on itself, which you need to wait to draw a ritual card that breaks the invunerability - which is very....very annoying. I ran into the lich right before a minotaur, and beat them both - eat it RNG slut.
The big downside, other than near zero preg content and bear minimium smut content, is the game mechanics themselves. Now only do you not get to really make a choice, but you are actively punished randomly - let me explain:
You have a limited number of cards to use per fight, they seem to either refresh each fight or have a hidden cooldown before they can be drawn again from your 'deck' this means it is entirely possible to use all your cards and have none, what happens then? Well you take 2dmg every turn till you get cards again, for some reason..... later in a level when you have more cards this isnt much of a issue, but early on its a very lame way to die. Second because you are given RNG cards and they have some sort of cooldown or per fight use, you can end up with purely defensive cards and have zero hope of killing your target - just had this happen with my second Skeleton Lich, I had lots of heals, draw more cards, restore mana, repel (which blocks 5dmg then....makes you take 2dmg next turn? forgets to mention that part on the card) so I literally couldnt do enough damage to kill the lich between casts of Invulnerability it uses.
Oh and apparently you can't close the game ? Least I couldnt find any way to exit/open a menu to close it, had to alt-f4 the sucker.
