You underestimate general computer illiteracy. It's not their fault though, computers just get more convenient. These days, you don't need a dedicated program to check the contents of zip files, it's a default behavior of windows. You can apparently even run the program directly out of the zip. The problem occurs though when the program wants to write to its folder which is technically still a zip file and of course an old program like rpgmakervxace isn't going to have that capability.Possibly, you always extract the file that the game is in but I guess either he doesn't know about it or forgot about it. But this should be common knowledge

Very important to save every 20 to 30 minutes into the game if you don't know what to do or what will happen.

For anyone that can't find the requirements for the game to be played, this is what you will need!
VL Gothic Font - Extract, open the folder, open the font file that doesn't have the P in the name, and click install
RPGVXAce RTP - Search "RPG Maker RTP", then go into the official RPG Maker RTP Download. Go to the RPG Maker VX Ace version and download the Run Time Package (RTP). After the RTP has been downloaded, extract, open the folder, and open the Setup Application. Finally, just set it up with the Setup Wizard and install. (Note: I wasn't able to put the download here sense the Compressed File was too big).

So what progresses after your first covenant? I was just randomly wandering and found Frog super early, only level 20, so wouldn't mind losing my levels right now but I haven't really done much.

All I know is that you just get a ring, same thing with any covenant that you join. The Princess Rings are pretty good to use when you get them early.
Is it just random when Goose shows up at the Sea of Trash? She disappeared after I entered a covenant with Rapunzel but she still hasn't shown up and I've even met Baphomet now.

It would take around 100,000 - 300,000 souls that would be deposited to the bank for Goose to leave. Make sure to save because it's important for that part!

You don't need to unzip the game in Japanese, just extract it regularly and get the two things you'll need and you are good to go.

I deposited more than a thousand souls but less than 100k and she never left, unless if there is something that I don't know about. My apologize if I was wrong about how much you need if that's the case.

You just got SCAMMED IN-GAME!!! After you gave her too many Souls she just saw an opportunity to "steal" a few more from you. She know probably owns her own castle full of servants and wealth without a single worry in the world.

It's just 1000 but in addition you also need to kill or be in a covenant with at least one demon princess.
