its not really at all necessary to play, you could play I and II without it needed. But it just adds a tiny bit of context to Reds past

Yes, dog semen so good it made red hood completely immune to the rapes of grimm
I don't why my game had those errors like this and it's impossible to new game.
Not only with audio but there're same errors with "World_A1", "World_A2" in file "Tittlesets"> I checked the folder and there're no file with those name. Some of them are still in Japanese
