Anyone know how to properly use Frumious Wrath? Unis is kicking my ass mega bad. Also, am I even supposed to use Hard Break (Hard Break because Break is unavoidable, cant use unavoidables because of her domain) because it's not working on her aura when she buffs herself to hell resulting in me dying.

you can reduce her evasion to 0 by inflicting fear (there is a ring that may inflict it on hit, some unavoidable spells [I don't remember if they just don't deal damage or do nothing] like crushing depths), also if you want to use hard break her (or try to) use king's club (maxed club) normal attack.

Which state is she breakable in, I remember her doing an evasion stance that then reveals a weakpoint on me and one state where she has all her stats buffed? For some reason, she just isnt getting affected. I can't use absolute precision either can I because of her domain effects?

Yes, her domain effects make it so that unavoidable attacks can't hit her. Just use ring of fear to reduce her evade rate, and use Lorde pen to figure out her real body.
Same state as every other boss. Just that break (and hard break) skill is unavoidable so it can't be used. You have to use log. And also make sure she has fear before hand or else she will have dodge active. Also make sure you have enough luck for break and fear to actually be inflicted. You're playing on diff 9 right? That means she has 32400 luck so you need at least 31400 for break, higher for fear.
You can charge it once per turn, multiple uses in the same turn will only charge it once. After 10 charges, unleash hell.

Thank you everyone for answering my questions and helping me, it was a good ride. Didn't have too much difficulty with the final boss and I have achieved Ending H eartbroken at Difficulty 9. End was more painful especially that there is nothing I can do or press to continue, I am stuck staring at the "scene".

Thanks for the messages again and for the helps in general, as well reminding me off Bwell Note. Just 1 hour ago got to finish A-G Route and the ride was amazing as I was waiting to be, just gotta digest the plot or do side stuff now to see if I jump and play route H.
Didn't have enough time to read thoroughly the 2nd walkthrough(Phenir's), only taking a quick glimpse at it, and I might be lost a bit, but that's all good, I think, just gotta get used and read it. Don't know if I will go either blind or be around asking for help.
Also no idea if ending G or DLC3 H is the true ending now?

If you are scared to miss or screw something up in DLC3 just make a seperate master save file and then for every branching path create a new one. That way you can prevent loss of time/content & if you dont like a route you can easily switch.
Or just leave it a the master save file before you enter DLC3 to experience it blind for the first time. Then look up all the content you might have missed.
If that wasnt a rhetorical question regarding ending G or H.
Ending H very very likely will be used for upcoming continuations.
G was awesome as well honestly. Then again all endings are cannon as everything spirals until you reach H/the endpoint.

I'll tell you outright that ending h is the one, if you wanna know early you can spoil yourself
Experiencing it blind would be the best option, thouugh i cant say it hit me any harder it might do so for you, personal experience is always more real than observation

Ending H is definitely the true final ending imo. It's the only one that doesn't bring you back to the library and instead takes you to the title screen.. It's also heavily implied that the various endings (besides H) happen at some point so in a way they are all true.
Congrats.
If you wait long enough, about 3 minutes which is the entire length of the song as long as you keep the game in focus (the song keeps playing but the game "pauses" when out of focus), you get returned to the title screen.
