The financial aspect aside (which would be understandable of course), some games have suffered creatively by being on patreon, and on the other hand there are really good, uncompromising games which have stayed away from it.

you are focused on the size aspect of the subject matter when its LITERALLY in the name of the kink. When this appears you can go back to the previous screen and save. I don't see a problem with that. It's a short kinetic novel anyway, you can press skip (hold Ctrl) and the time from start to finish will be very fast.
