I've tried everything, but it still doesn't work for me. No matter how many different ways I try, I get the same result—nothing happened after she passed out right in the middle of the hallway, or less I'm doing something wrong. I even tried to have her heart rate low to mid 100s but she doesn't pass out in the hallway at all.

Once she has passed out in the hallway (I believe) the game puts you back to the Scene Map.
Now let your cursor hover over the question mark I have circled in yellow in the screen capture below. I have added a numeral 1. above the circle.
Look down in the lower left of the Scene Map and you should see text I have circled in yellow there. I added a numeral 2. above the circle.
Finally click on the picture of Mrs. Flower on the phone next to the question mark mentioned earlier. This should take you to the next scene.
If this doesn't work, you are in unknown territory and I won't be able to help.

Appears you can't buy the items you need. Even if I went into the game side and tried to buy the items, it wouldn't let me. Think that is a definitely a bug on the Dev's side. I can see how to make that work at all. I even tried going to the store on the guide page. Those last four items (salt, pliers, milk and ice cream) are not buyable. All the others are and I have plenty of money to buy them.

When she passes out her mom should see her and start a whole interaction about what is going on. Does that not happen for you? Once you get that to happen, the other options should open for you to interact with her mom. But I had to make her passout in the hall and have her mom see and talk to her. Now, that should happen soon as she passes out. Not anything you're supposed to do but make her passout before getting to the bathroom.

Just my personal opinion but maybe add anal scenes to lean more towards humiliation?

I had to restart the game. All the boxes open to submission. I tried 21 times & all opened to submission.
I think there's a bug there.

I was finally able to run my save from three previous versions.
Now it's easier in map mode, without having to restart the game.
If I restarted, I got a lot of bugs... how weird XD

Terrible. The modus operandi for suggestions on how to progress through the game is terrible. Incomplete instructions, total confusion, and worst of all, the developer doesn't respond to requests or listen to player suggestions.
It's a shame because the game could be interesting, but as it is now, it's unplayable.
