Are these models from DAS3d? I guess you are using DAZ3d, and so the models can be up-to-date. It feels a bit off and I am guessing due to the lighting and the texture of skin.
The faces of the characters are somewhat outdated, reminiscent of older games from around 2020.

Usually bathroom scenes are among the first ones. Just odd the game is lacking them.
