Ok i remember now i think i stopped playing your game because the UI was absolutely horrible to understand, and the grind was extreme do you think there's atleast a solution against the grind ?
There's no grind anymore, there are buttons everywhere for getting money and, at difficult moments in the game, there are also buttons with cheats.

No, the route is not cancelled, it is just taking a break, we will tell you more about it later
He's actually in the city. You drive there and meet him, and then at a bar (also in the city).
But if you get stuck there, go to the scene map and find the guy there, who are talking on the phone (at the bottom). Click on him, and that'll be your meeting with the guard. This way, you'll complete the scene with him, and you can return to the sandbox or stay in map mode.

I constantly went to the city and checked the bar, but the guard is not there and he does not appear. And what kind of guy are you talking about who is talking on the phone, where can I meet him?
Maybe it's a bug. You can meet him in the scene map (there is the icon in the right top corner to open the map)
