If you mean that you can't click on this guy, then most likely you haven't gone through something before. You can look at the arrows and find where you need to start to get to him. You can show me what this map looks like for you and I'll help you figure it out.

I have ticks on all the quests, but I can't get any further in the story.

Okay, I see you haven't completed the scene on the right (where the guy hugs the woman).
Click on it. During the scene, when Ra stresses her out, choose only two options, no more, and then say "You're not like that" This will complete the scene on the right, and you'll get to the scene where he's talking on the phone.

i have to be honest , it's a very good game, a little too tricky sometimes but the story and the scenes are very good , i will be join on your patreon for sure

Thank you. Currently, the versions differ by only a couple of scenes, but the gap will grow. The routes shown in the screenshot are also available in the free version; you just need to obtain the dog mask (if I understood you correctly).
By the way, feel free to point out any parts you found confusing; I might fix them in the future based on your comments.
i have the dog mask but i can't go further the call , it gives me two options.
i have another question, if i get the paid version i suppose i have to start the game again.
When you talk to Anna's mother on the phone (when she's in the office), after the conversation, you should see a black screen with a button that says "Sent a parcel with a mask." If you click it, the scene where she receives the mask will be completed, and the next step will be unlocked. Do you have this button?
No, if you get the paid version, you won't have to start over.

I need your help; I'm stuck at two points. First, there's the doorman's mask. He just says I can't get into the club. Second, I'm supposed to take Mom outside, talk to her, and take a picture, but I can only leave her outside and can't do anything else with a camera or anything like that.

Hi, if you're talking about the dance club Mom entered, it's impossible to get in (the game doesn't currently have that content). If you're talking about a different club, please tell me.
2. To take photos while she's lying outside, after carrying Mom outside, talk to her in the kitchen and select "I don't know what to do." Then you can carry her outside again and this time you'll be able to take photos.
Check the quests; there might be hints on what to do next.

Unfortunately, I don't have the option in the kitchen to say, "I don't know what to do." I can only talk about the neighbor.
Okay, if you're stuck here, you can take the shortcut. Open the scene map (upper right corner of the screen). A map with arrows will open. Follow the arrows (the path you need is on the right).
