I went back and looked. I forgot to add the alt scene and the futa trigger. So if Cindy is a sub she won't do Bobby Sue. I've also done the same with Stacy. So there are really 3 scenes I need to fix. I never get this, why cant devs detect player is after X and then just roll back or set a default value and ask which someone chose.
Well, in this case, it's not a decision it's an actual scene. If all I needed to do was find out what choice you made that would work. However, it is scenes that are being shown or not being shown because I didn't add the trigger. But like I said "BETA".

Unfortunately, you will need to start a new game. As there are scenes that need to be added.
You may be able to get around not starting a new game on the next update.
You'll need to save the game at the point MT tells MC she is pregnant. This isn't a guarantee though.
I'd just plan on starting a new game on the next update anyway.
Not sure what is causing this error. The code looks right. I'll look into fixing this. It might have something to do with the new renpy version. I'm not sure.

It was a Ren'Py issue indeed.
In the config.py
allow_underfull_grids = False
was casusing it. Setting it to True fixed it. As far as i could understand this wasn't False in previous versions and the change was a recent addition, or the other way around but the result is the same.
